About Paulina

Paulina was the first international member of the Astrolads team and has made herself indispensable in multiple areas in a short time. Within international collaborations, she's usually found in the role of Media Maker Socials and Media Maker Copywriting, where Paulina makes sure the website, social channels and newsletter always look top-notch. With her high sense of responsibility, she never delivers half-work and makes sure every production crosses the finish line (on time).

Beyond her many talents within the creative realm, Paulina also has a big heart for the young creative generation in the city. So she fits the role of Project Owner Community like no other, from this position she organises (Astrolads Community) events at our office, recruits new members through social media, and makes sure the people the community is meant for actually know about it. This calls for a creative, contemporary approach and a love of the unconventional working week, both of which Paulina masters and embraces.

In short, Paulina is a unique link in the team, puts Astrolads on the international map, and takes the community to a whole new level!

Outside Astrolads

Paulina originally hails from Poland, but decided to study International Creative Business at InHolland in The Hague. There she quickly met Philip, and that was the birth of a creative partnership that would eventually lead to their own company Geen Idee Lab. Riding the success of the Geen Idee Magazine, they started a (guerrilla) marketing/events agency together, focused on striking and out-of-the-box marketing strategies. These aren't talents she only learned at school, by the way, back in Poland, Paulina was already organising events (even on a European scale!).

When Paulina isn't cracking her head over creative concepts and bringing like-minded people together, you might find her behind the bar at the local Irish Pub, or on a terrace herself with friends and/or colleagues.
