About Doa

Doa started her journey at Astrolads as part of the student media team. With a sharp eye for design and photography, she quickly stood out within the group. When a spot opened up for a new Student Supervisor with the next group of students under student manager Joey, Doa came to mind right away. Because Doa has gone on to further studies, she now does this 1 day a week alongside her degree. In this role she helps the students grow in their camera work, edit skills and social skills on shoot days.

Beyond her involvement with the student media team, Doa also has a great passion for photography. Whether it's portrait photography or event photography, hand the camera to Doa and you're guaranteed lovely pictures! That's why, when her busy study schedule allows, she also works as Media Maker Photography.

Doa is an enthusiastic addition to the team who also brings a sense of calm and doesn't shy away from any challenge. She makes sure things actually get done and that all the client's wishes make it into the final product.

Outside Astrolads

As mentioned, after her Media Design studies at MboRijnland, Doa has gone on to study Cross-media Communication at InHolland. Here she hopes to learn more about the breadth of the communications field, on top of her creative skills.

In her free time, Doa is mostly out in nature. She likes to hit her 10,000 steps every day, and with her dog as her companion she happily takes long walks around the area. But aside from walking and going to the gym, Doa isn't opposed to a drink on the terrace with friends or a night out at the pub. A busy student life, in other words, with the outdoors high on the list!
