Accelerating shared mobility in the Netherlands

Shared mobility can mean a lot for society as a whole and for every resident personally. As an important part of the mobility network, it provides greater accessibility, room to build and live, and gives people freedom of choice. To remove the bottlenecks for further growth, 30 municipalities, regions, provinces and the national government started a National Cooperation Programme: Natuurlijk!Deelmobiliteit (N!D).

Rolling out shared mobility involves a lot of different parties. Public, private and of course the user. How do you ensure the right information lands with all these different groups? That's why we're the regular communication partner of the programme. From an accessible podcast for new civil servants and policymakers to print materials for the Shared Mobility Rocks event: all resources are deployed for this broad communication challenge!

Podcast

The podcast for shared mobility in the Netherlands

Together with N!D we make the podcast for shared mobility in the Netherlands, with the same name. Every episode one or two interesting guests join to explain a different piece of the puzzle. The podcast is recorded in our podcast studio in The Hague. The goal: give civil servants and policymakers an accessible knowledge boost about this rapidly developing theme. We also make snippets of every episode for social media. Two birds with one stone!

Street interviews and in-depth aftermovies

We make several types of videos for N!D. With street interviews we collect the opinions of people on the street and share them with government parties and businesses. From events we make in-depth aftermovies that share the main message with an online audience afterwards. This way we hold attention, the key lessons stick, and we amplify the impact.

An interactive panel programme

The chair or presenter takes viewers through a substantive programme, optionally alternated with videos. Think of a short break with street interviews about the next substantive topic coming up. Viewers can ask live questions to the panel guests or, where needed, request additional depth.

Event and team photos

Professional event photos help amplify online impact. The photos are used for relaxing afterwards, but especially to promote future editions, and are also multi-usable for social media and news posts. The portrait photos of the entire team create a uniform whole on the website. The programme also radiates professionalism and uniformity at external media and events.

The risk of many forms of expression is a lack of uniformity. To position the "brand" Natuurlijk!Deelmobiliteit more strongly and uniformly in the market, we created new publication templates from the existing brandbook. We also set up presentation templates so that everyone who communicates outwardly from the programme does so in the same "jacket" (leave the "jackets" to us).

Unique "festival t-shirts" for the shared mobility congress

Natuurlijk!Deelmobiliteit joined forces with Shared Mobility Rocks, an international congress phenomenon in the shared mobility world. A fixed part of this concept is a line-up t-shirt with a rock theme. We designed the print for the printing and provided 80 fresh-off-the-press t-shirts for all speakers and contributors of the congress.
